Hi! I'm Tia "Cincy Duchess" Wallace and I have been a henna artist since 1998 and an Master Esthetician since 2000. After graduating from Western Hills School of Beauty, I was immediately hired as a medical Aesthetician for Dr. Gloria Thomas, the only female plastic surgeon in Cincinnati who was a woman of color. I have also worked at an upscale Salon called Emerge, and the Dudley Beauty Center.

After having my two daughters, I decided to get a bachelor's degree. So during the next nine years, I began a new journey. In 2011 I finally got a B.A. in History from the then College of Mt. St. Joseph, but I missed making women feel beautiful. So in 2014, I jumped back into working at Incredible Creations Beauty and Barber Salon. and I quickly regrew my clientele.

Through the years I heard clients complain about me being too far away, or there was nowhere to park, or my hours weren't flexible enough. So I wanted to solve those problems, however I also wanted to work for myself. So it was then that I decided to do something different which brings us to the present. I now have my own salon loft centrally located to provide convenience, plenty of parking, and flexible hours. Thank you for reading my story and I hope to see you soon!
